Cozy, comfortable, welcoming 3 bedroom home in a gentle, quiet neighborhood, three blocks from UNM Hospital. Near Nob Hill shops and restaurants. Close to bus routes and schools. Fenced in back yard with dog run, covered patio and gardening area!
The space
The entire house is open to guests. Queen bed in front bedroom and full size beds in other 2 bedrooms. Kitchen table expands if needed. Patio dining can seat 6-8 people.
Guest access
Laundry room is spacious and access to garage is really only for storage.
Interaction with guests
Absolutely available 24/7. Live nearby and respond to texts or calls quickly.
Other things to note
Kitchen is set up for cooking meals. If you want to water the plants and sing to them, please do. More will be added soon.
